FAQ

Where are your items shipping from?
I am located in California, United States! Prices will be in USD.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel (or change) your order if it's (1) a preorder item or (2) hasn't been shipped yet. I do not offer refunds once your order is marked as shipped.

What shipping service do you use to send packages?
I'll be shipping via USPS. Most items will ship as First Class Mail Package which includes a tracking number, domestically and internationally. If you prefer UPS or any other service, please message me before placing an order!

How long will it take for my package to arrive?
For preorders, timeframe will vary. After a preorder period, I send the exact number of quantities for each design to my manufacturer for production.  Production normally takes about 1-2 months if no delays occur. Please keep this in mind before ordering and check the Xen Rebirth forums thread for all updates.

Here is a general timeframe when a package is marked as shipped:
Domestic: ~2-5 business days
International: ~1-3 weeks

If I preorder and buy an available item in the same order, when will my package ship?
Orders that contain preorder items will be shipped when those arrive safely to me. Please refer to the "shipping period" in the description of the preorder item(s) you ordered for a rough estimate.

I recommend buying preorder items separately IF you don't mind paying for additional shipping!

Will you restock on ______?
Restocking depends on a lot of things and don't typically occur until a significant amount of time has passed. However, feel free to reach out and I'll see if I can open up preorders again if given a lot of requests!

I live in the UK and am interested in buying from your shop. How do you handle VAT?
Because BigCartel does not support any VAT policies yet, any potential UK buyers MUST order through my Etsy store where VAT is handled accordingly. Please send me a message with your desired product(s) and I will send you an Etsy link!

General Shipping Policy

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct mailing address when checking out.
Please double check to make sure the address given is accurate as any return to sender packages will require postage again from the buyer to resend it. Please message me if you need to update your address at any time!

Import duties, custom fees, and taxes are the buyer's responsibility when the package arrives to their country.
Some additional fees may apply in order to claim your package locally. Please check in with your country's custom office to see what are the possible fees you may have to pay before ordering internationally.

Replacements for damaged packages are a case by case scenario that will require proof of damage within 3 days of receiving your order for assessment.
Generally I'll offer replacements for products that are visibly damaged beyond repair or partial refunds for lesser cases at my own discretion.

Misplaced or lost packages are NOT my responsibility.
However, feel free to message me and we'll see if we can work it out.
